Claudette Harris

Claudette Harris is a coach, speaker and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Certification Team and a Maxwell DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant.  Through her business, At Your Service Consulting, LLC she leads engaging workshops and coaching programs focused on team and leadership development, with emphasis on customer service and communication.  Claudette consults with organizational leaders to develop strategic solutions to increase both internal and external customer satisfaction and brand recognition, enabling them to dominate in excellence by delivering a “raving fan” experience.

While currently serving as a private consultant, Claudette began by providing on-the-job training for customer care representatives corporately and conducting workshops for non-profit organizations.  Claudette has over 35 years of corporate customer service and leadership experience at various levels.  She holds a Bachelor of Business from Central Michigan University, has completed coursework toward a Masters in Global Leadership Management from Lawrence Technological University and other professional certifications.
